1. Customer Profiles - People
When navigating to People in Customer Profiles, you will have an overview of your visitors:
- Total Customers: this figure is all your guest visited your store.
- Total Purchased Customers: this is all your customers purchased your products.
- Total Allowed Push Customers: all the customers who allow receiving your push notifications.
There is a table below show a list of your visitors with some information (ID, Name, Interested Product, Come From, Visit Times, Last Visit, Allow Push, Actions). To get more information for each customer, please click in to Details button on each row.
In Customer Profile Detail, you will have all information about your customer:
- Overview:
- You will see how much and how many abandoned carts he has
- The last time he is active and the first time he visited
- The total session of this customer
- Which device is used
- The related tag
- Personal Information: you can see all contact information like name, email and address, location, etc.
- Come from: this will show you the traffic source they come from
- Product: In this section, you will see which product they viewed, how many time and when they saw that product.
- Orders: here are the orders they made
- Message: all the notifications you sent to customers
2. Customer Profiles - Segments
In Segment, you can create different segments depending on your purpose.
Fill in Segment name and description.
In Definition, you can choose ALL or One of the following condition matching.
Then configure the conditions right below. You can choose which condition due to your purpose.
Finally, save it and finish the setting.
